- Hayley Williams was a special surprise guest at David Byrne's New York City concert tonight! With Hayley wearing a blue uniform to match the band, they performed their duet from David's new album together, "What Is the Reason for It?", as well as the Paramore hit "Hard Times".
- Earlier today, David Byrne and Hayley Williams also released their new single "Open the Door", the end credits song they created for the upcoming Netflix film The Twits. Several other songs on the soundtrack were written by David Byrne and performed by other characters. The film is available on October 17. For more details about this, you can read this article.
- Talking Heads are releasing a special Tentative Decisions: Demos & Live album for Record Store Day on November 28, featuring a set of recordings made by the band in their early years, including two demos recorded in 1974 by David Byrne and Chris Frantz's earlier band, The Artistics. - Talking Heads have released some new Remain in Light-themed merch to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the album on October 8.
